It is important to note where you believe our improvement could be and we are happy to answer criticisms where we can.

 

The Food:  A lot of good comments on the whole, but a number of complaints about missing salad and fruit—noted.  Food ran out—noted? (the éclairs and triple choc cake did not….)

Water:  To have chilled bottled water available.

Conference Room: Was a bit stuffy at times.  When we eventually found the maintenance man, he put on the air con!

NHS Bashing: One complaint received( and no I don’t know who you mean!)—those who were there may want to comment?  I think that Lyndsay Durkin’s presentation represents the positives in NHS Midwifery?

Workshops:  Same comments again this year—not long enough!  In our defence we try each year to try and extend them, but we get amazing offers from speakers and we have to reduce time to get these in!
